Automotive Sales Associate

We’re looking for experienced automotive sales professionals for our Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location in Naperville. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you will help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs. Automotive Sales Associate, Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of strong sales performance
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
