Club Volleyball Coach
630 Volleyball, based in DuPage County features a Girls Volleyball Program, Boys Program and Pro Team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced volleyball coach to lead our Boys' or Girls' Middle School Spring Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented young athletes in a supportive and competitive environment at our home facility in Lisle, Illinois.
This is Spring Season only, however if you are looking for Summer employment please also apply and include a note that would like to coach this Summer as well.
Season Timeline : April 13th - June 8th
Practices: 2x per week (Tuesday & Friday) 5p-7p
Tournaments: Around 5 tournaments (2 per month)
Responsibilities:
- Provide skill development and tactical instruction
- Prepare the team for competitive play in tournaments
- Attend all practices, and tournaments
- Uphold and enforce 630 club rules and expectations
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably in volleyball
- Strong knowledge of the game and coaching techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
- Availability to attend practices and tournaments as scheduled
