Overview

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment for production tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate welding specifications.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow.
- Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder, specifically with MIG welding.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Experience with welding setups for production environments.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
