CHEF SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time CHEF SUPERVISOR position.
• Location : Wheaton College - 421 Chase Street, Wheaton, IL 60187. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, days may vary. Weekends are required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous high volume food service production experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $25.00per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
