Contract Manufacturing Recruiter

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing operation in Wheeling to hire a high-impact Manufacturing Recruiter to support a major hiring ramp. This Manufacturing Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling a new location, helping hire nearly 100+ employees across CNC, maintenance, material handling and production leadership roles.

This is not your average recruiting opportunity. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities and isn’t afraid to push for feedback, keep hiring managers on track and own the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for CNC, maintenance mechanic, material handler and supervisor positions

• Support hiring efforts for newly created weekend shift teams

• Coordinate and host hiring events to drive candidate flow

• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and creative recruiting strategies

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain detailed recruiting notes

• Coordinate interviews across multiple hiring managers and stakeholders

• Track agency-submitted candidates to avoid duplicate ownership and overlap

• Follow up consistently with hiring managers for interview feedback

• Assist with onboarding coordination, including background checks and drug screening scheduling

• Partner closely with onsite HR and operations leadership teams

What’s Needed

• Manufacturing recruiting experience required

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Confidence working directly with hiring managers and operations leaders

• Experience sourcing skilled manufacturing talent

• ATS experience required; Paylocity experience is a plus

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Ability to work onsite five days per week during ramp-up

• Must be proactive, collaborative and highly detail-oriented
