We are seeking a full-time Endodontist for a highest-volume and fast-growing locations in the Chicago metro area. The infrastructure is already in place: an active patient base, a robust referral network, a dedicated clinical and administrative support team, and a schedule that respects your time outside the office.

This privately owned endodontic specialty group serving the suburbs of Chicago across multiple purpose-built locations. This is a privately owned practice ( not a DSO ). Our practice model is designed by clinicians, for clinicians. You get the business infrastructure and referral strength of a multi-location group without sacrificing the clinical independence you trained for. The practice locations combine for 5,000+ total annual treatments and a deeply loyal, established referral base built over years of community partnership. At this practice, every treatment decision begins with a thorough diagnosis. They believe that precision, not urgency, produces the outcomes that preserve teeth for a lifetime and earn the lasting trust of the patients and clinicians who rely on them.

• 1099 – 45% collections with a clear path to 50% based on performance
• Annual earning potential upwards of $750,000
• Full slate of in-house referrals
• Group health insurance plan available
• Multi-location practice, so flexibility in the Chicago metro depending on where you are located
• $7,500+ in daily production
• Monday-Friday office
