ICMS is seeking dependable and motivated Custodian to support a customer facility located in Peoria, IL. We’re searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service, attention to detail, and understands the worth of exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facility working areas and restrooms, common areas, laboratories, conference room areas, elevators, and lobbies/visitor areas
• Duties involve a combination sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors
• Removes trash and other refuse
• Dusts of furniture or fixtures
• Polishes metal fixtures or trimmings
• Provides supplies and minor maintenance services
• Cleans lavatories, showers, and restrooms.

Work Product:

• Consistent and thorough adherence to cleaning procedures
• Initial and date of daily logs at each restroom, office or laboratory
• Completion and submission of daily work order sheet
• Report observations to Manager gathered during the course of daily job performance
• Supply replenishment requests

• US Citizenship and ability to pass an extensive background check
• High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to be on time for shifts
• Basic cleaning skills with ability to work with cleaning materials required to disinfect (i.e., Industrial disinfectant, industrial sanitizer, bleach/water solutions, etc.)
• Ability to work independently, in addition to following specific, detailed instructions
• Good communication skills
• Close attention to detail
• Individual must be capable of climbing stairs and being on his or her feet for up to 8 hours a day and lift a minimum of 15 pounds

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Pay Rate: $17.75 + Health & Welfare Benefits
