They are seeking a polished and highly professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors and clients.

Job Description:

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact in a dynamic professional services office, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients, employees, and executives. This role also provides administrative support, manages executive conference rooms, and maintains a polished front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and client-focused atmosphere.
• Answer and route incoming calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including coordinating with carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Oversee executive conference room scheduling, approvals, and meeting setups.
• Maintain and restock kitchen and office supplies on a daily basis.
• Provide administrative support, including assisting the Director of Corporate Administration.
• Address occasional client or visitor concerns with professionalism and poise.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in an administrative or client-facing role within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Friendly, approachable, polished, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Additional Requirements: Maintain a business professional appearance with a high level of polish, discretion, and adaptability.
