- Ensure all appointments are properly confirmed (no guessing)
- Log all activity in CRM accurately
- High volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
- Fast response time on all new leads

- Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No missed or ignored leads
- Accurate appointment setting (no false confirmations)
- Strong follow-up process
- Daily accountability and performance tracking
- Base hourly pay + performance bonuses
