The position located at our headquarters is desired, but remote is acceptable.
What We Need:
We are looking for a driven, career-minded individual who prefers the freedom of field work over desk work, to become our Construction Equipment Attachments (CEA) Sales Manager. Qualified individual will be responsible for obtaining sales and managing the product portfolio within the CEA division. This role requires focus on increasing sales, brand awareness, market share, and customer satisfaction by targeting key end users, and setting up a Dealer Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and educate potential customers in targeted industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and support CEA Dealer Network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
- Generate proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Product Line Development:
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer needs and feedback, and market trends for recommended product improvements and product portfolio expansion.
- Industry Understanding:
- Analyze competitive products to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and appropriate sales and service materials.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support in a timely fashion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment sector.
- Proven sales experience in the solar installation and/or Highway construction industries.
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills of equipment and machinery.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
Work Environment:
- Combination of office work, customer site visits, and participation in industry trade shows and events.
- Travel required, up to 70% - based on client and business needs.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
- Company truck and trailer.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
