Licensed Therapist - Remote

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled licensed therapist to join our growing private practice. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys working one-on-one with clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions, and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapists. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of Illinois and have a background in working with diverse populations, including adults, couples, teens, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other communities.

While expertise in a specific demographic or therapeutic modality is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for independent, driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented professionals who will contribute positively to our supportive and team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Active Illinois licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Minimum of one year of counseling experience.

Availability to start with a part-time caseload (12-14 hours per week) and grow into full-time, if desired.

Proficiency in G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP applications.

Prior private practice experience is a plus but not required.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy to adults, and optionally work with teens and couples.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.

Diagnose and formulate treatment using DSM-5 criteria.

Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and family members when appropriate.

Ensure client scheduling, payment collection, and record-keeping remain organized and up to date.

Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
