Office Clerk
LaSalle Network is hiring an Office Clerk to support an organization during an upcoming peak season tied to a major civic cycle. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured office environment and is eager to contribute to an important local initiative with firm deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and maintain organized records
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Sort, file, and manage physical and digital documents
Pack and move boxes of records for retention and storage
Assist with handling official registration materials and related administrative calls
Requirements:
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative work preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, professional, and able to work on-site in downtown Chicago
Comfortable lifting boxes or files occasionally

Compensation: $16.60/hour
