Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• No evenings or weekends

What You'll Do

• Oversee all daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience

• Lead, coach, and support a strong front office and clinical team

• Drive production, schedule optimization, and financial performance

• Manage AR, collections, insurance processing, and treatment coordination

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards

• Create a warm, positive culture rooted in trust, communication, and accountability

‍ Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a Dental Office Manager or advanced front office leadership role

• Stable work history with tenure at the same practice or group strongly preferred

• Deep knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and scheduling

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency with dental software ( Denticon experience is a plus )

• Someone who leads with integrity, empathy, and energy
