Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in office, retail and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure thorough sanitation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by managing laundry services and organizing supplies efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs with professionalism and courtesy
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Manage janitorial responsibilities such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and custodial upkeep of facilities
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and scheduling support

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial janitorial work, with a strong understanding of sanitation standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and general housekeeping practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with laundry processes and hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
• Experience with custodial responsibilities or hotel housekeeping enhances your suitability for this role

Schedule & Pay

We are a newly founded business, schedule and compensation will be based on a per-job basis. You will be scheduled based on client bookings and earn a percentage of the total revenue generated from each job we complete.

As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities to take on consistent work with clients who receive our weekly or monthly cleaning services, providing more stable and ongoing income.
