• Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• Conduct assessments of students' academic, cognitive, and behavioral needs.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents on student support plans and IEPs.
• Consult on behavior and learning strategies for classrooms.
• Support mental health and prevention programs within the school.
