Position Highlights
- Applications Specialist
- Full Time Direct Hire
- Greater Chicago IL area
- Be the technical support to customers
Background Requirements
- Strong machining and CNC Programming knowledge
- Well versed in metalworking cutting tools products and applications
- Strong communication skills
- Able to explain processes, discuss issues at the spindle with individuals
- Knowledgeable in CAM and/ or Fusion360 software
Job Responsibilities
- Support sales team by being the technical person to address tooling issues
- Evaluate and identify the root cause and develop corrective actions
- Make process and product recommendations by identifying customer needs
- Develop quotes
- Document processes
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, TEAMSMEETINGS, etc.
