Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

Location: Hybrid - Country Club Hills, IL (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

The Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the workforce of a complex, multi-entity organization. This role leads full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles while also supporting core HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with broader HR partnership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to stay current with evolving hiring trends, employment law, and HR best practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR Generalist work

• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting (exempt and non-exempt roles)

• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (nice to have)

• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or progress toward certification (nice to have)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
