We are seeking a doctor with 5+ years of small animal experience in general practice, surgery, and internal medicine who is ready to:
- Lead and mentor our team of talented Veterinarians and support staff
- Collaborate with divisional leadership and our practice manager
- Oversee hospital operations while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Provide exceptional medical leadership and take on challenging cases

- 3 DVMs, strong CVT/tech support (1:2 ratio), and a dedicated front & kennel team
- In-clinic reproductive equipment & services: nucleocounter, rigid endoscope for TCI, Minividas progesterone testing, semen storage/shipping tanks
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $180,000 total package compensation

ProSal compensation with a base of $150-$165K, based on experience, plus production bonuses.
