Kunes Auto Group is transforming Chevrolet of Lake Bluff into a luxury-focused service and sales destination serving Chicago’s North Shore. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer who delivers white-glove service while driving service department performance.
Top performers earn $75,000–$100,000+ annually with a 5K sign on bonus for qualified applicants
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet and assist premium customers
- Write and manage repair orders
- Present estimates and service recommendations
- Communicate between customers and technicians
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maximize customer pay, maintenance penetration, and repair order value
- Uphold CSI and dealership standards
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 5 years Automotive Service Advisor Experience required. Dealership experience not necessary but a plus. GM experience a plus.
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish/English
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
