Integral role on our customer service team where you will use your intuition and insight and experience to quickly adapt to customer needs and to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving. You will be developing a robust knowledge of our products to effectively resolve issues on behalf of customers. You will get to utilize your brilliance to diagnose issues and engage with other departments to troubleshoot and solve customer questions. On a daily basis you will be placing orders after answering how to questions as well as helping customers navigate a variety of ways to resolve questions as you communicate thoughtful, customize solutions.
