Construction Project Superintendent

Midwest Construction Professionals is looking for an experienced Construction Project Superintendent who is as committed to customer focused, on-time, on-budget projects as we are.

The candidate's initial role will be the on-site construction superintendent on a project in central Illinois. Their responsibilities include the following:

• Sub-contractor and supplier coordination.
• Managing the overall construction schedule.
• Coordinate activities with the client representative.
• Work directly with the design team.
• Review all drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Proactively identify issues with the schedule, design, logistics, etc.
• Work daily with MCP's project manager.
• Provide detailed daily reports and weekly schedule/activity updates.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.

Minimum requirements include:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a superintendent or project manager within the construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills. Computer skills with Procore and/or Bluebeamwould be a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
