Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine scope of work.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project execution.
  • Maintain and update cost databases and bidding software to reflect current market trends.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize budgets while maintaining quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, ideally within commercial or multifamily sectors.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
