Our Service Manager is retiring after 43 years of dedicated service, creating a rare opportunity to join a stable, respected dealership with a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in the community.
We are seeking an experienced leader to step into a well-established service department with experienced technicians, proven processes, and a solid foundation already in place. This position is available solely because of a well-earned retirement.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service advisors and technicians to achieve excellent customer service and operational goals.
- Coordinate with parts and sales departments to meet customer needs effectively and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on service activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within the service department.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with automotive service software and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
