Shift/Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm

Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Warehouse Production Associate at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Must haves;

• Reliable transportation (preferably their own) – this has been an issue in the past

Option that is a key benefit justifying the higher range;

• Bilingual read/write/speak (English/Spanish)

• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office – data entry)

• Previous warehouse experience

• Forklift Experience

• Experience Picking/ Checking orders

• Use of RF Order Picking/Receiving

Safety Toe footwear required

Job Duties;

• Unboxing lighting fixtures and components for carting

• Light electrical assembly

• Housekeeping (removal of trash and cardboard from the work area)

• Will take direction from team lead and manager on any other duties that may be needed.

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
