We are looking for a goal-oriented Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a phone-based role focused on connecting with prospects, understanding their needs, and delivering customized insurance solutions.
- First-year earnings of $45,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities- Leverage every client interaction as an opportunity to generate revenue by identifying needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and confidently cross-selling or upselling additional products, while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Support agency growth by actively requesting referrals and online reviews during service engagements, helping to expand our client base and enhance our reputation in the community.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage they need
- Contribute to the agencys success by helping exceed customer service and retention goals
- Develop deep expertise in all product lines, coverages, features, and benefits
- Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization
- Consistently follow up with clients and follow through on all commitments
- Spanish-English bilingual
- Active insurance license is preferred; we will help you obtain one
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable working with goals, metrics, and fast-paced daily expectations
