Project Director - Industrial
Lead, inspire, and shape the future of industrial construction projects as a Project Director. You’ll drive high-performing project management teams, ensure operational excellence, and act as the primary client liaison for industrial and cold storage projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution—overseeing project delivery, guiding teams, managing budgets, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in construction project management and team leadership
- Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven track record leading large industrial construction projects and teams
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, cash flow, and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Experience guiding design-build projects, risk mitigation, and operational improvements
- Ability to maintain and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes
