Line Cook

Trino is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team in the West Loop. Trino was named Best New Restaurant by Eater Chicago (2025) and is a chef-driven restaurant focused on quality, creativity, and strong fundamentals.
We’re looking for cooks who take pride in their craft, work well as part of a team, and want to grow in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

Your Role: As a Lead Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional culinary creations that define TRINO. You will:

• Collaborate with our culinary team to prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. As a late night chef you will be responsible for closing down the kitchen at the end of the night.
• You MUST have current ServSafe Food Handler and ServSale Allergen for Illinois.
• Contribute to menu innovation by bringing your creative ideas to the table as you grow with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment, three years experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for learning, growth, and culinary innovation. Humility, respect and support for all area of the kitchen, including dish area! We are all one team.
