What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs for Assisted Living residents
• Develop meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being
• Build relationships with residents to understand their interests, preferences, and personal histories
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident engagement and quality of life
• Encourage resident participation and foster a vibrant, inclusive community environment
• Assist with special events, holiday programming, and community outings

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience working in Activities with seniors required
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or related environment strongly preferred
• Education in Recreation Therapy, Activities, Gerontology, or related field is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused mindset
• High school diploma or GED required
