As a Software Engineer I, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from designing and implementing robust code to deploying and maintaining scalable solutions. This role involves active participation in building and optimizing both front-end and back-end systems, collaborating on software delivery processes, managing infrastructure components, and contributing to on-call support for critical systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions across the full stack.
- Collaborate with team members on technical designs, code reviews, and problem-solving.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of system architectures.
- Communicate effectively with Product Managers and Stakeholders regarding technical aspects of projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of key system components.
- Participate in initiatives to improve software development processes and practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to build robust software solutions that solve complex business problems
- Proficiency in web technologies and asynchronous process handling
- Excellent comprehension of software development methodologies and how they affect the production of high quality software
- Ability to communicate effectively with people in both verbal and written form
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- 1+ years working with Python or a similar interpreted language
- 2+ years with SQL and NOSQL database systems
- 2+ years working as part of a software development team practicing agile methodologies
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent work experience that is directly applicable to the position

Compensation:
- Our base pay range is $110,000 -$135,000 for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
- Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
