VP Operations
Responsibilities
Provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions. Ensure departments work cohesively to achieve organization objectives and to foster cross-functional collaboration. Develops, implements, and monitors operational policies and procedures. Analyzes operational data to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
2. Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3. Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
4. Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.
5. Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
6. Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.
7. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Olympia Fields Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $200,000 to $231,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
