Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Psychotherapist Telehealth Specialist

Alberto Minzer and Associates LLC is a privately own psychotherapy practice in Illinois. Alberto has been practicing for 43 years in the field of mental health. We offer in person and telehealth services providing individual, couple and marital therapy.

Candidate can make their own work schedule. We offer no benefits but with do have a perk for all associates. They can vacation in Puerto Vallarta at the company's owner property at designated times of the season.

We are expanding our practice and seeking a LCSW or a LCPC . Applicant must have an Illinois State License. Only fully licensed therapist will be considered. Spanish speaking a plus but not required. Candidate must have a deep spiritual connection and views that all life is spiritual. The ideal candidate works from their intuition rather than from their minds. Your core belief is that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and its in our human experience we are wounded. Our spiritual self is perfect. Healing these wounds creates a deeper knowing of our spiritual self. Candidate must have a high level of integrity, accountability, and authenticity. We model what we teach our clients.

Responsibilities: This is for an individual who is working somewhere else and desires to be a team member in our practice . The ideal candidate needs to commit to 20-25 hours and if desired more hours can be added. Candidate will provide individual, couple and family therapy to all age groups via telehealth sessions. Working with children not expected.

Develop and execute individual treatment plans

• Maintain accurate client documentation through Simple Practice EHR platform
• Be prepared to discuss clinical work openly during clinical supervision
• Growth oriented
• Able to differentiate between symptoms and causes of clients initial reasons for seeking help.
• Attend monthly one hour group consultation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Display of emotional maturity and history of own personal work
• Ability to identify strengths and areas of growth
• Strong intuition skills and able to separate issues from symptoms
• Able to challenge the client when clients are operating from self defeating behaviors repeating patterns throughout their lives.
