Digital Advertising Designer

JumpFly seeks a Web Designer to join our rapidly expanding Creative Media Department. The perfect candidate will bring experience in graphic design, front end website design, typography and content strategy to the table, along with their burning desire to solve challenging design puzzles. You'll be able to roll your sleeves up and perform any client's design deliverable, but also willing to collaborate with other team members to ensure quality control and team growth. As an integral part of a high-growth team, you'll be receiving hands-on, real-world training. Coached by a veteran Design expert whose client roster spans 20 years and includes many major brands, you'll rapidly increase your design knowledge and learn valuable skills to propel you along your career trajectory. The is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities Include:

• Client management
• Ad design
• Website development
• Video editing
• Content strategy
• Design performance analysis
• Conversion optimization driven by UI/UX

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in Web Design
• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX
• Must be exceptional at graphic and video editing
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Experience designing professional advertising collateral & web pages
• Ability to easily manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities
• A love for problem solving & the burning desire to know why
• Positive sense of humor
• Eagerness to work on a growing team
• Strong software skills including in-depth knowledge of GSuite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Impressive portfolio of recent work
• Story driven marketing approach
• Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
