We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, possess excellent sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced food service environment. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the companys products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The focus is to help Aroma customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers needs. Duties :
- Make and achieve sales plan
- Identify and maintain a list of potential customers
- Call on accounts and identify product needs, demonstrate and obtain orders
- Complete orders and process through appropriate order entry
- Coordinate delivery, make delivery route and make essential delivery instructionsfor drivers
- Performs initial follow-up work with customer ensuring delivery and productsatisfaction. Make deliveries in emergency.
- Minimize accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follow up on any problems.
- Participate in company product purchasing, operation, and future development
- Report sales activity, competitive activity, and market conditions.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
- Previous experience in food service sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell products to diverse customers
