EPM Cloud Consultant

Our team focuses on North American based clients using our back-office cloud applications. Our resources are primarily located in North America and India. EPM Consultants who join Oracle Consulting need to bring business domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice, enterprise applications. Our back office functional consultants possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.

We are looking to hire innovative EPM consultants who can consistently and creatively identify solutions to address the needs of our clients for cloud applications. Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:

Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design.

Documenting the client's as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state.

Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit.

Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration.

Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment.

Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues.

Leadership

You will lead, coach, and mentor junior employees on the Oracle team to confirm all team members are proactively completing tasks at hand. You will participate in shaping our team, recruiting, people development, and programs to engage and develop our people.

You will help imagine the art of the possible, dreaming up what we aren't thinking about-new assets, better delivery approaches-and help our clients do the same.

Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in Consulting working with Oracle EPM 3+ successful implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
