Temporary Head of RHSE and Teacher of RHSE and Food Technology
We are seeking a well qualified, experienced and passionate Head of Department RHSE and teacher of RHSE and Food Technology to join our team from September 2026, or sooner of available. Candidates will be joining a developing department with a core focus on improving outcomes for our very able students. This role currently entails teaching across KS3 and KS4.Teachers within the school enjoy positive interactions with students where a passion for the subject takes precedence. A Teacher of RHSE and Food Technology would be expected to continue a tradition of high-quality teaching and learning within the department and to be a good fit with the School’s wider ethos and culture, including acting as a form tutor and being willing to contribute to extracurricular life. It is an exciting time to join our dedicated, friendly and supportive colleagues as we continue to drive forward school improvement priorities. We are looking for a strong practitioner with excellent subject and pedagogical content knowledge who will set high expectations of very able students in order to help them achieve the very best outcomes.
