The Role

This position will be primarily responsible for the preparation of the Company's quarterly and annual consolidated tax provision calculations and tax compliance. This role will also assist with the maintenance and management of the tax provision software.

Responsibilities include:

•Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations in compliance with ASC 740

•Assist with the analysis and documentation of uncertain tax positions

•Support external audit review, including control testing documentation

•Forecast and model taxes for planning and ETR analysis

•Assist with the preparation of federal, state, and international tax returns

•Assist with the preparation of tax components of separate company financial statements

•Assist with research and special tax projects while collaborating with team members from all levels

•Prepare quarterly and annual tax-related disclosures for SEC filings

Qualifications

Experience Required:

•A minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm or large corporate tax department. The ideal candidate will know basic U.S. federal, state, and international tax rules. Tax provision experience is preferred.

•Candidate should be inquisitive and highly motivated in optimizing tax processes and project management

•Candidate should be proactive and willing to learn how to enhance efficiencies across tax software

Experience Preferred:

•Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

•CPA Preferred

•OneSource Tax experience preferred

•Oracle and Hyperion experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $100,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
