Imagine this scenario

A customer metric blips. Within hours, you’ve pulled the right data, led a focused 5-Why with a cross-functional team, updated the job instruction, and verified gage calibration alignment. You present a concise update—with trend charts—to leadership, then log the corrective action and schedule a follow-up audit. That’s the cadence here.

What you’ll do

• Own the internal audit calendar; drive closure with effective containment and systemic fixes.
• Steer management review meetings grounded in timely, accurate quality data.
• Ensure compliance and continual improvement of QMS (ISO 9001/TS 16949) and EMS (ISO 14001).
• Run the corrective action process end-to-end, from documentation to execution monitoring.
• Keep controlled documents current; strengthen clarity and usability.
• Maintain and elevate our quality tracking system for real-time visibility.
• Write and refine job instructions that lock in consistent quality.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to sustain system effectiveness.
• Conduct floor audits for compliance to job instructions and process controls.
• Verify gaging and calibration activities meet applicable requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Expert knowledge of TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
• Experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
• Automotive industry background.
• MS Excel (formulas, sorting) and MS Word proficiency.
• Confident with basic math; clear and persuasive communicator.
