Customer Service Specialist/Bar Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • You will make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication
  • You will interact with multiple business locations to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner, and that all location-specific policies and procedures are followed
  • You will serve as a customer service liaison, communicating with each Business Unit to provide information for daily business functions
  • You will provide a high level of customer service in accordance with each customer's issue or request

  • As a Bar Coordinator, you will be responsible for Tiger Joe’s Pub including bartending, bar appearance, rotating product, creating cocktails, event planning, and cleaning.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating bartending coverage and service as needed in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
