Project Executive - Mission Critical

Requirements

• 12–15+ years managing large, complex construction projects; mission critical or data center experience preferred
• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects, preferably mission critical or data center projects
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and vendors
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Expertise in budgeting, cost forecasting, scheduling, and project closeout
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, operational reliability, and safety
