Production Associate - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- General labor: assist with various tasks across the factory floor, including material handling, sorting components, sweeping, and general area cleanup.
- Machine support: load raw materials or components into simple machines and remove finished parts, preparing them for the next stage.
- Visual inspection: perform basic visual quality checks on products to identify obvious flaws or missing components.
- Packaging and labeling: assist with the final stages of production, including packaging finished goods and applying basic tracking labels.
- Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory support tasks as priorities shift during the short-term mandate.

work hours: Variable

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• Basic math and counting
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Assemble products according to specifications

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have long sleeves (or you may end up wearing a Tyvek suit) and be without any holes or rips. Pants (no shorts allowed) without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed steel toe and non slip footwear only. ***It is highly suggested to bring an additional shirt so you can change as needed throughout your shift.***
