TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Springfield, Illinois, 62701!

The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions. This role includes assessing patient status, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout hospitalization.

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EMR systems and interdisciplinary collaboration
