Kojak’s is looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Manager / Shift Leader to help lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and leading a team with energy and positivity, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front-of-House operations and ensure smooth service
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Supervise and support FOH staff during shifts
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Coordinate dine-in, pickup, delivery, and catering orders
• Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain order accuracy and speed of service
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory, and operational tasks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism
• Support store operations including opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership, shift leader, or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
• Availability for evenings and weekends
