What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Help customers select the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and present purchase options
• Follow up with customers using phone, text, email, and CRM tools
• Work closely with management to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
• Become a product expert for one of the most respected automotive brands in the industry
