About the Team

Market Access Trade partners with channel stakeholders to ensure access to company's portfolio of products, services, and resources-ultimately supporting an exceptional patient experience. The Trade Program Solutions team supports Trade Account Executives and Marketing by tracking performance, managing resources, and ensuring programs are compliant, consistent, and high-impact.

This role provides critical support in executing channel contract initiatives, managing pharmacy programs, and driving strategic planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and execute specialty and retail pharmacy agreements, including CDAs, SOWs, and MSAs across multiple therapeutic areas.

• Manage end-to-end contract processes including FMV review, redlining, negotiation, signature, purchase order creation, implementation, and invoice reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate documentation within established repositories and contract management systems.

• Support strategic initiative planning with Trade Marketing leadership; organize, assess, and execute on identified priorities.

• Prioritize projects based on expirations, business needs, budget, and approval timelines.

• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

• Track program budgets, monitor spend, reconcile invoices, and support forecasting of future needs.

• Contribute to process improvement and standardization efforts to strengthen consistency across supported brands and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Contract management experience across a variety of vendor/client types; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and innovation.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently contribute at a high level across multiple projects and processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mettawa, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
