Job Highlights
- Prepare estimates and enter accurate sales orders into the system
- Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and courteously
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and clearly communicated to the shop floor
- Monitor open orders and provide proactive updates to customers
- Schedule shipments through LTL freight portals and enter customer purchase orders
Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of strong customer service experience required
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and eager to learn cloud-based software and order entry systems
- Must be able to commute to Wrigleyville (current location) and Addison starting in May/June (future location)
Additional Information
- Position starts in the Chicago-Wrigleyville office until May/June before relocating to Addison, IL
