Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Field Office Assistant who will assist project superintendent with miscellaneous tasks such as general cleanup, relaying messages to subcontractors, coordinating with client's site security office for deliveries, etc.
Job Description
- General administrative support for a field office.
- Organize and maintain files, filing system and communications.
- Provide data entry for projects.
- Document Control
- Answer phone calls and direct calls.
- Sort of incoming mail.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.
- Prepare outgoing mailings and labels, including e-mail and fax.
- Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor and/or supplier presentations, meetings and interviews, including set-up and cleanup.
- Assist with scheduling and setting of client interviews, presentations and other meetings as requested.
- Order and maintain supplies.
- Update the office calendar.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Skills Required
- 1-year applicable office/clerical experience Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, (Strong) Excel, Access and PowerPoint required.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma/GED Required
Pay Rate/Salary
- Base Compensation: $23/hour - $26/hour (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.)
