Located in LAGRANGE, IL, this role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and maximize profitability.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a customer-focused environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
