Regional Manager-Manufactured Housing
***MUST HAVE MANUFACTURED HOUSING EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT***
Job Title: Regional Manager – Manufactured Housing
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple manufactured housing communities. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with multi-site property management experience in manufactured housing, mobile home communities, or multifamily real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple manufactured housing communities within the assigned region
- Drive occupancy, rent collection, and revenue growth across all properties
- Analyze financial reports, budgets, and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded
- Implement strategies to improve NOI
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise Community Managers and onsite staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and leadership development
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, and operational excellence
Financial Management
- Develop and manage regional budgets
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all communities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and fair housing laws
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Sales & Marketing
- Support and guide leasing and sales strategies to increase occupancy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
Resident Relations
- Promote high levels of resident satisfaction and retention
- Assist with escalated resident concerns and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-site property management experience (manufactured housing required)
- Strong knowledge of property management operations and financials
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufactured housing, mobile home communities, or RV parks
- Real estate or property management certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM)
- Sales and/or leasing experience
