Director of Sales - Greater Chicago Area
A respected senior living community in the Greater Chicago area is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Sales to lead occupancy and outreach initiatives.
This leadership role is responsible for driving census growth, overseeing the sales process, developing referral relationships, and creating an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families. The ideal candidate will bring senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales leadership experience, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
