About the Role

We're seeking a Quality & Efficiency Manager to lead initiatives that improve production performance, enhance product quality, and elevate customer support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys building systems that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer-specific SOPs and ensure accurate order tracking
• Train staff on new product programming, assembly, and repair procedures
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve tooling performance
• Monitor production schedules and identify efficiency opportunities
• Lead quality assurance efforts and communicate performance metrics
• Provide daily updates to management and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in steel rule die or flexible carton manufacturing preferred
• 2+ years of CAD experience (Laserpoint, Interact, Impact, or ArtiosCAD)
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, quality control, and process optimization
• Proven leadership and team training experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Physical Requirements

This role involves regular standing, walking, and manual tasks. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Vision requirements include close vision and depth perception.

Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate in noise level and involves both office and production floor settings.
